Born January 29, 1982 in Kinston, NC to Dalton Jones and Lalonnie Rankin, Ebony was birthed into two families of entrepreneurs. The eldest of five, the only girl, and being educated in the Durham County Public School system helped to spark a sense of self sufficiency and strength necessary to defeat the odds.

Ebony OH is the Chief Executive Officer of multiple multi-million dollar businesses under the umbrella of the Ebony OH, Inc. including Eye Listen Empowerment Center, LLC a Medicare/Medicaid accredited Community Mental Health Center with three physical locations throughout the Metro Atlanta area, Sneakerhead Youth Empowerment Center-Sneaker Design Academy for at risk, special, needs, and academically accelerated youth, and Three Times A Lady, Inc- Atlanta’s greatest self-motivating actions, inspiring leadership and enlightening aspiring women entrepreneurs of all nationalities to achieve financial stability; healthy living, professional development, and spiritual awareness. Ebony has become nationally recognized as the face of women empowerment as she inspires women to break glass ceilings through her story of poverty, faith, and wealth.

She reached her goal to become a millionaire by age 35, and since then has devoted her entire venture to help other entrepreneurs take their business to scale. Ebony’s business-building insights and loving spirit are big draws on the stage.
